Water’s Edge Cooperative Inc., is a resident owned RV community for persons aged 55 and over. We have sites for sale and for rent. We are located on the Gulf Coast of southwest Florida. Water’s Edge is in a convenient location with easy access to two of Interstate 75’s exits (#161 and #164). We are close to shopping, restaurants and leisure activities. Punta Gorda and the Charlotte Harbor area are considered by many to be one of the top retirement areas in the country.

Our site will tell you about our area of Florida and what our resort provides. We will do everything we can to make your discovery of SW Florida's attractions and your stay at our RV resort a memorable one!

You can enjoy country living at its best in our RV resort. Located on the resort is a log cabin style main building with bathrooms, showers and laundry room as well as two satellite bathroom/laundry room buildings. Our rec hall, pavilion, pool, spa, fishing lake and fishing dock are centrally located. Most of our sites will accommodate RV’s up to 42’ in length and are approximately 45’ wide. All of our full service sites have city water, city sewer, and 50 / 30 AMP electric service.
