Deposits Required:

·  Daily: Full Amount (no refunds)

·  Weekly: $100.00 Deposit

·  One or more months: $ 400.00 Deposit

Notes:

Following is our cancellation policy: (1) a $25.00 administration fee will be charged for any cancellation. (2) Cancellation of reservation 30 days or less from arrival date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. (3) Cancellation of reservations more than 30 days prior to arrival date but after 9/1/10 will result in a 50% penalty plus the $25.00 administration fee. (4) No refunds are made for early departure of reservations

Following is our payment policy: (1) Payment for reservations of 6 months or less is due in full upon arrival. (2) 50% of the total amount due for reservations of more than 6 months is due upon arrival with the balance due within 30 days of check in date. All reservations of one month or longer are charged metered electric and are billed direct by Waters Edge.

Following is our age restriction policy: At least one occupant must be 55 years of age or older. Any other occupant(s) must be no less than 45 years of age. Any guests must be registered with the office prior to their arrival; overnight guests will be charged an additional fee.

RESERVATIONS FOR 3 MONTHS OR LONGER will be taken immediately; reservations for less than three months will be taken after October 1, 2010.
